A more just and less violent society. It was for this purpose that the Aço Cearense Institute promoted the 4th edition of the Pedalando pela Paz cycling tour, on August 16, in the municipality of São Gonçalo do Amarante – CE.
The cyclists left at 7:30 am from Praça da Igreja Matriz de São Gonçalo and went to Lagoa da Prejubaca, located on Avenida Coronel Doca Paraíba. The tour was accompanied by the Municipal Transit Authority and participants received water, gifts and participated in the drawing of five bicycles. In addition, several sound cars animated the entire route with the presentation of zumba and musical band in the concentration of the event.
The purpose of Pedalando pela Paz, carried out in partnership with the city hall, was to draw the attention of society and public authorities to a culture of non-violence.
