In addition to the food donated this month, Instituto Aço Cearense delivered cleaning kits containing shampoo, bleach, soap, toothpaste, disinfectant, detergent and washing powder, important items to maintain house hygiene and personal hygiene of families promoting prevention of the new coronavirus.
200 cleaning and hygiene kits were delivered by Instituto Aço Cearense in Marabá (PA) on the last day (30) and another 100 basic baskets for families in the municipality of São Bento (TO). Also this month, 50 basic baskets were delivered to AECIPP – Association of Pecém Industrial and Port Complex Companies (AECIPP) in Fortaleza, these baskets will be directed to the Primavera community, which will benefit 143 needy families.
“In this difficult process that we are living in, we are very happy to make this donation, both for food, which is essential for needy families, and for cleaning products that many of them are unable to acquire due to the low income and financial losses caused for this pandemic “, says Luciana Rabelo, Coordinator of the Aço Cearense Institute.
