In order to provide students with a technical view of future professions, the Aço Cearense Group received two visits to their companies on the morning of August 30. At SINOBRAS Ronaldo Brito (Environmental Technician) and Paulo Almeida, (Occupational Safety Technician) accompanied 25 students from Uniasselvi’s Occupational Safety and Environmental Management courses, and Environmental Technician, from Vale dos Carajás Technical School. At ACI Rossana Lopes (HR Analyst) and Nilson Lima (Occupational Safety Engineer) presented the company to 20 students in the Administration course at Unifametro.
“The visit broadened my vision not only in relation to safety, but also on environmental management and product quality. I could see that, in addition to investing in these issues, SINOBRAS is also concerned with the well-being of its employees, ”said Saulo Pereira, a student in the Workplace Safety course at Uniasselvi. Regina Filgueiras, professor of the Administration course at Unifametro, also said: “The students were delighted with the organization, with the seriousness of Aço Cearense Industrial, with the values, it was an extremely rich morning, when they had the possibility to have contact with the reality of what they only see in theory.
